Your best projects are probably underselling you.

Most creatives have strong work on their website.

But the way those projects are presented often leaves the most useful proof out.

The page shows what was made.

It does not always show:

  • why the work was needed

  • what you were trusted to do

  • what the work helped the client do

  • why the project should make someone trust you with a better brief

So a future client has to join the dots themselves.

And most won’t. They look, think “nice work”, and move on.

That’s how strong projects get wasted.

What is The Case Study Reframe?

The Case Study Reframe is the process of rebuilding a case study from:

“Here is the finished work.”

to:

“Here is why this work mattered, what I contributed, and why this should make you trust me with something similar.”

We’ll show you how to pull out four things that are often missing from creative case studies:

Context - Why the work was needed.

Your role - What you were trusted to do.

Client value - What the work helped the client communicate, launch, explain, sell, change or improve.

Proof - Why this project should make a future client take you seriously.

No pretending every project has perfect numbers.
Just a clearer way to show the value behind the work.

What we’ll cover

1. How to find the proof hidden inside a finished project

Most creatives show the final thing.

We’ll show you what else to look for: the brief, the challenge, the client context, the decisions, the constraints, the collaboration and what the work helped the client do next.

2. How to explain your role clearly

Especially useful if your best work came through an agency, studio, collaborator, past employer or larger team.

You do not need to pretend you owned the whole project.
You do need to make your contribution clear.

3. How to show value without perfect stats

No neat numbers?
No testimonial?
Clients won’t let you name them?

We’ll show you how to build credible proof using context, your role, the purpose of the work, public information, client language and what can be said safely.

4. How to use one project across more of your marketing

A strong project should help more than one page of your website.

We’ll show you how to use it across your case study, pitch deck, LinkedIn posts, outreach, follow-up and client conversations.

Who this is for

You are a creative freelancer, consultant or small studio and you know your past work should be doing more for your business.

Especially if:

  • your case studies are mostly images with short captions

  • your strongest projects are not creating enough enquiries or conversations

  • your best experience came through agencies, studios or bigger teams

  • you struggle to explain the value of what you did

  • you want to be seen as a creative partner, not a pair of hands

This is for designers, photographers, illustrators, animators, CGI artists, motion studios, retouchers, art directors, strategists and other creatives who want better clients to understand the value behind the work faster.

What you’ll leave with

By the end of the workshop, you’ll know how to take one finished project and make it clearer, stronger and more useful.

You’ll know:

  • what to include beyond the finished work

  • how to explain why the project mattered

  • how to describe your role clearly

  • how to show client value without sounding inflated

  • how to handle missing stats, confidential clients or quiet testimonials

  • how to use one strong project across your website, pitch deck, LinkedIn, outreach and conversations

You will not leave with a fully written case study.
You will leave with a clearer structure for turning past work into proof you can use.
